DEFINE foods is partnering with LOAM Agronomics to bring you a farm-to-table cooking experience! Get hands-on in the kitchen with the DEFINE foods team and learn how to cook with LOAM’s beautiful and bountiful Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). You will learn basic culinary techniques, understand the benefits of eating and supporting local farming, and gain nutritional insight into select natural foods ingredients to create a fabulous array of original recipes. Erin Stewart, founder of DEFINE foods, will guide you on how to utilize your CSA box in the most delicious and nutritious ways and connect you with our local, sustainably grown farms so you can get the most our of the seasonal crops that Houston has to offer.
